SERVICE OFFER IN FIELD OF METALWORKING
- Screw boring and cutting is made on single purpose machine tools and custom-built machinery.
- Some casts are joined together with plastic pressed pieces or other parts or components by machine pressing. This machinery is also custom-built.
- Tumbling is made in tumbling machinery, which is produced by TROWAL Company, with RKM middle class plastic grinding stones, which is the best for the alloy of our aluminium casts. Otherwise we produce tumbling bodies according to the alloy of cast.
- The manual cast working represents the biggest part of our metalworking activities; mainly it is file working, hand milling machine working, grinding machine working, etc. This working activity is closely connected with hundred-per-cent inspection of cast´s identity with the design documentation. Our company staff has been trained to perform hundred-per-cent inspection of cast´s identity, which is supervised by the department of quality trained by customer and solves possible qualitative deviations.
- Further more we carry out simple assembling or disassembling work, both manual and machine.
- Cast calibration is already common today. Our company calibrates screws and bore, pressed, and cast holes with high accuracy according to the design documentation.
